Woman defaces Birmingham restaurant

An upset individual tipped over two flower planters and tossed a traffic cone into Birmingham’s Social Kitchen and Bar at around 10 p.m. on Thursday, August 18, before leaving the area.

Officers reporting to the restaurant, at 300 E. Maple Road, noticed minimal scuffs and dirt near the property.

Staff of the restaurant informed police they wanted the individual cited for trespassing, or charged with trespassing, if she returns.

Police officers told restaurant staff to contact the Birmingham police department if the individual returns.
