A video game console and controllers were stolen from a Bloomfield Township home during a burglary on Saturday, June 19, in the 1600 block of Bloomfield Place Drive, police said.

Bloomfield Township police responded about 11 p.m. to the home for a report of a home invasion. The victim told police he returned home to find the front door of his home forced open and the interior in disarray. A PlayStation 5 and gaming controllers were taken.

The victim told police he believes the break-in occurred sometime between 9 p.m. and 2:30 a.m. the previous day.

The case is under investigation. Detectives ask anyone with information to contact the Bloomfield Township Police Department at 248.433.7755.
