Vehicle Stolen from Birmingham home

An undisclosed vehicle was stolen sometime overnight on Monday, June 7, from a home in the 200 Block of Southlawn Boulevard, Birmingham police said.


An officer dispatched about 10:19 a.m. for the report of a stolen vehicle spoke with the 34-year-old victim who said he had parked his vehicle in his driveway about 8 p.m. the previous evening and discovered it was missing in the morning. The victim said he had both keys in his possession.


Police said there was no sign of broken glass.


The victim’s wife’s wallet and several credit cards were in the vehicle.


Birmingham police are investigating.
