Stolen car recovered in Detroit

A Bloomfield Township resident's 2020 Chevrolet Malibu was recovered in Detroit on Wednesday, June 28, after being taken the night prior from the victim’s residence at 1600 block of Bloomfield Place.


Bloomfield Township Police took the report of the stolen vehicle on Tuesday, June 27. The vehicle had been left unlocked with the key fob still inside when it was stolen. 


Police are currently investigating the case, and encourage those who may have information to call 248.433.7755.
