Multiple Birmingham porch pirates spotted

Birmingham police are investigating the theft of a package stolen on Wednesday, January 12, from the porch of a home in the 1000 block of Fairfax Avenue.

Police said officers were in the area for multiple reports of stolen packages. A resident reported seeing a man taking a package from his neighbor’s porch. The neighbor described the man as a White male wearing a brown jacket and dark pants. A second man was described as an Asian male, wearing a long, black jacket with dark pants.

Police are investigating.
