Man discovered looking through home window

Birmingham police officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Ridgedale Avenue on Tuesday, February 21, after receiving a report of a suspicious person. The woman also reported that the suspect was wearing a light colored scarf and jacket at the time of the incident. Officers saw the gate to the property was open but were unable to locate the suspect.
