A person walking into a Birmingham grocery store at Woodward and E. Maple on Wednesday, March 26, spotted and reported to Birmingham police that a man was urinating in front of one of the cars in the parking lot.

When police arrived, they found the suspect who reportedly denied the allegations.

The officers were able to find the car that matched the witness’s description and confirmed with the suspect that it was his car.

Eventually, the man fessed up to urinating in public and was issued a citation.
