Man arrested after being kicked out of bar twice

After being escorted out of a bar on the 200 block of S. Old Woodward Avenue in Birmingham twice, a Troy man closed out the night by being arrested and cited for disorderly conduct.


The security staff at the bar told Birmingham police that the man was being aggressive toward other bar patrons around 1 a.m. on Thursday, October 10, and they escorted him out. He was later allowed back in only to be removed again for once again being aggressive.


Birmingham police officers were able to subdue him and then placed him under arrest.
