Detroit women turned over to local police

After issuing a warrant for her arrest by the Birmingham Police Department, a Detroit woman was picked up on Sunday, February 23, by police officers from the Grosse Pointe Farms Police Department.

According to Birmingham Police, the warrant was issued due to burglary.

The woman was transferred from Grosse Pointe Farms to the custody of Birmingham and booked.
