Credit card stolen from home after delivery

:

Only an hour after his new credit card was delivered to his house on Friday, March 14, on the 900 block of South Bates in Birmingham, a resident realized the card was stolen off of his porch.

The resident told Birmingham police that the package was delivered around 4 p.m. that afternoon. When he contacted the credit card company to cancel the new card, he was told that it had already been used once.

Birmingham police report an investigation is ongoing and issued a warning on social media that such incidents are happening more frequently.
