Credit card charges made after wallet stolen

:

A man from Royal Oak had fraudulent charges made with his cards after his wallet was stolen on Friday, February 9, after he left it inside his car.

According to Birmingham police, the victim parked his car on the 400 block of S. Old Woodward Avenue around 5 p.m. and walked away. Unfortunately for him, the car was left unlocked, and someone broke in and took his wallet, and then fraudulently used his credit card.

Birmingham police said they are investigating the theft and fraudulent charges.
