Burglary of senior’s apartment at All Seasons

:

On Monday, July 22, around 8 p.m., Birmingham police were dispatched to the 100 block of Elm Street to the All Seasons senior living center for a possible burglary.

The victim who called police, a 34-year-old Royal Oak female, was notified that someone had entered her late grandmother’s apartment at All Seasons Birmingham. The suspect, a 38-year-old Detroit female and an employee of the facility, is believed to have entered the apartment after first repositioning a security camera in the apartment and then leaving the unit after taking items.

Birmingham police said an investigation is ongoing.
