Birmingham police make arrest on warrant

Birmingham police officers executed a felony warrant in the morning of Tuesday, March 13, while the suspect was being evicted from a rental property on the 2800 block of Yorkshire he was staying in.

According to the police report, officers confirmed the man’s identity and the warrant issued by the Michigan Attorney General’s child support division for felony child neglect.

Officers made the arrest while he was being removed from the property and transferred him to the Oakland County Jail.
