Argument leads to assault inside hotel restaurant

After arguing inside the Townsend Hotel’s restaurant in Birmingham on Friday, February 7, a man hit his business partner on the forehead and left the scene, according to Birmingham police.

Birmingham police did not indicate what the argument between the partners had been about, but they reported that the victim had declined to press charges.
