Foster care article

Thanks for taking the time to write the article regarding foster care (Downtown/August).

I was a member of the Binsfeld Commission on Adoption which reviewed the foster care process.

As the committee was disbanding, I was pushing for a continuation on its work over the years, but it fell on deaf ears.

Thanks for bringing this issue up.
